Evercomm Strengthens the Standardization of GHG Accounting with PCAF Partnership in East Asia and the Pacific

Evercomm, an award-winning climate finance digital consultancy, has joined the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF) as an Accredited Partner. The company is advancing digitization best practices for PCAF implementation in collaboration with banks and consultants across the region.

By embedding standardized methodologies such as PCAF into its climate finance computation engines, Evercomm transforms traditionally labor-intensive advisory work into scalable, regulatory-ready, and verifiable reporting outputs. This milestone underscores Evercomm’s commitment to enabling transparent, standardized, and digitally powered accounting of emissions associated with financial activities, aligned with globally recognized frameworks.

"Announcing our membership in the PCAF Accredited Partner Program marks a significant step towards our mission to assist financial institutions with reliable, standard-aligned climate solutions. Our growing footprint in Asia Pacific enables us to embed PCAF methodologies into the daily practices of financial institutions. By bridging global standards with regional implementation, we’re helping to create the conditions for consistent, transparent and actionable emissions reporting across markets."

Peter Ong, Deputy CEO at Evercomm

As a PCAF Accredited Partner, Evercomm combines advisory expertise with digital computation engines to help financial institutions quantify and disclose portfolio emissions, meet regulatory requirements, and model actionable decarbonization pathways. Grounded in the globally recognized PCAF Standard, Evercomm’s approach enables clients to deliver consistent, verifiable disclosures together with practical implementation roadmaps, building confidence among investors, regulators, and other stakeholders.

"We are excited to welcome Evercomm to the PCAF Accredited Partner Program, particularly given their work in supporting financial institutions across Asia Pacific navigate the complex shift toward climate-aligned finance. Evercomm’s work with financial institutions such as PCAF signatory, CTBC Bank, and their engagement across Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia demonstrate a clear commitment to regional implementation of the PCAF Standard. We look forward to working together."

Bart van Lunteren, PCAF Accredited Partner Lead

The partnership comes at a pivotal moment for financial institutions across the Asia Pacific region, as regulators advance mandatory climate disclosures to align with international standards. In this context, Evercomm and PCAF Signatory, CTBC Financial Holding, will jointly release digitization best practices for implementing the PCAF Standard at the Singapore FinTech Festival 2025, under the theme “From Compliance to Customer Value: Leading in Sustainable Finance,” on 12 November 2025. Together, they will demonstrate how financial institutions can transition from manual reporting to digitally automated financed emissions computation, enabling not only greater regulatory confidence but also unlocking new opportunities for customer value creation, product innovation, and climate-aligned lending across the region.

About PCAF
The Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials was launched globally in September 2019. Currently, more than 640 financial institutions have subscribed to the PCAF initiative. PCAF signatories work together to jointly develop the Global GHG Accounting and Reporting Standard for the Financial Industry to measure and disclose the greenhouse gas emissions associated with their financial activities. By doing so, PCAF signatories take an important step to subsequently assess climate-related risks, set climate targets and develop effective strategies to decarbonize their portfolios.
